Return and Exchange Procedures
Product Cooling Period
Except for perishable foods with a short shelf life (expiring upon return/cancellation), customized products, current issues of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, opened audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not subject to the 7-day cool-down period under the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecom Transactions" policy, the product has a 7-day cool-down period from the time it arrives (7 days including holidays).
If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving it and provide your name, order number, contact number, product name, reason for return, and photos. Customer service will assist you with your return or exchange.

Return Policy
Returned items must be unused and free of damage or defects not caused by human error. The 7-day trial period provided by the Consumer Protection Law is only for your consideration and confirmation of the product's suitability; it does not constitute a trial period. If prompted by this store, please retain the original packaging (including the outer box). Returns will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Exceeding the 7-day trial period.
Items that have been opened and used, or damaged by human error, such as soiling, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, or dirt.
Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, or without the invoice or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service → Confirm return availability → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → The item will be collected by the store's designated logistics service.
Refund Instructions
Credit card users: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account.
Cash on Delivery users: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
Exchange Instructions
Exchange items must be unused and free of damage or defects not caused by human error. If instructed by the store, please retain the original packaging (including the outer box). Otherwise, we will not accept exchanges.
Exchange Process
If you and the store agree to an exchange, please return the item to the original order and place a new order with the store. We will only invoice you for the difference in payment and collect or refund that amount. If there is no difference in payment, no further processing will be required.
